For thousands of years, Ghee was not a condiment. It was Ghruta, the sacred offering, the Ayurvedic medicine, the heart of every Indian kitchen. At Veyda Pure, we have never let that tradition die. Our Golden Bilona Ghee is slow-churned in small batches from the milk of grass-fed A2 Gir cows, using the ancient Bilona method, hand-churned, unhurried, and unadulterated.
When you open a jar of VEYDAPURE Ghee, you will smell the meadows. That is our promise.

Ancient Method. Modern Conscience.
Why our Ghee is different, and why it matters.
Most ghee on the market today is made by melting butter directly. It is fast, cheap, and efficient. But it is not traditional, and it is not the same.
The VEYDAPURE Bilona Difference:
At Veyda Pure, we follow the five-step Vedic process that your great-grandmother would recognise:
Step 1 — Ethical Milking at Sunrise: We source A2 milk only from Gir cows, milked by hand once a day, only after the calf has been fed. Our partner farmers treat their cattle as family, with open pastures, organic fodder, and no hormones or antibiotics.
Step 2 — Curd Culture The fresh A2 milk is gently heated and cooled to the precise temperature before a natural culture is added. The curd is set overnight, preserving all live cultures and enzymes.
Step 3 — The Bilona Churn The curd is hand-churned using a traditional wooden churner (the Bilona) in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. This slow, rhythmic motion separates the butter without destroying the micro-nutrients that machines strip away.
Step 4 — Slow Fire Clarification The butter is placed on a low, open flame and slowly clarified for hours, not minutes. The impurities rise, the milk solids caramelise and settle, and what remains is a pure, aromatic, nutrient-dense ghee that fills the room with the scent of tradition.
Step 5 — Lab Verification & Sealed Freshness Every batch is tested across 35+ parameters, including checks for urea, starch, pesticides, antibiotics, and adulteration- before being sealed in medical-grade glass jars that protect the ghee from light and air.
“We don’t just make food. We restore the sacred bond between the cow, nature, and your health.”
