Step 1 — Ethical Farm Collection: Our milk is sourced exclusively from our network of partner farms where cows graze on open pastures and receive organic fodder. Collection happens within hours of milking, ensuring the milk that enters our processing facility is as fresh as it gets. Every batch is tested at the farm gate before it moves forward.
Step 2 — 24+ Quality Checks at Intake: Before a single litre of milk enters our facility, it undergoes testing for antibiotics, pesticide residues, adulteration, and fat and SNF (Solid Not Fat) content. Only milk that clears every parameter is accepted. The rest is rejected, no exceptions.
Step 3 — Low-Heat Pasteurization: VeydaPure uses low-heat pasteurization, a careful balance between eliminating harmful bacteria and preserving the heat-sensitive proteins, vitamins, and enzymes that make whole milk nutritious. High-heat processing is faster and cheaper. We chose not to take that shortcut.
